Community Summit 1 Recap

The Envision Richardson Comprehensive Plan Update includes three (3) rounds of Community Summits,
which are the primary neighborhood and stakeholder engagement periods. The multi-week summits
involve multiple in-person and virtual engagement opportunities designed to receive feedback on a
series of topics.

Community Summit 1 was held between late May and mid-July and included the following input
opportunities:

• Consultant-led individual and small group interviews
• Ambassador-led Meetings-in-a-Box
• In-person Open Houses
• Online Virtual Engagement Rooms
• Online Survey
