second Community Summit for the City’s Envision Richardson Comprehensive Plan Update.

The second Community Summit will build on the input gathered during the first Community Summit
held this past summer (June/July) and will gather feedback on draft preliminary Vision Statement and
Guiding Principles, as well as initial input on land use PlaceTypes, housing, and the vision for proposed
Reinvestment Areas.
